Hello, world.
I find write-ups to be cheesy, so I thought why not write this in third person? Great! So here goes...
First, 3 truths & 1 lie:
-Chris started his career in 2001.
-Chris is straight.
-Chris is an alumni of Berklee College of Music.
-Chris has worked with a wide range of creatives and artists, like Josh Server, Rooney and Iliza Shlesinger.
Fun fact! Some gear Chris uses in his home studio:
-Arturia MicroFreak synth
-Alesis vi49 midi keyboard
-Alesis Nitro Max drumset
-Alesis Vortex 2 keytar
-M-Audio Keystation 61MK3
-Kaotica Eyeball
-Moog Theremini
-Epiphone Hummingbird acoustic guitar
-Schecter Reaper 6 electric guitar
-IsoVox 2
-Focusrite Scarlett interfaces
-Aura handpan
-Ibanez TMB400TA electric bass
-Magadi Moon-10 kalimba
-Array Instruments mbira
-Fender amps
-Novation Launchpad Pro MK3
-PreSonus Eris monitors
-JBL 308p MKII monitors
-KRK Rokit5 monitors
-Akai MPK Mini MK3 midi keyboard (for travel!)
-Pioneer DDJREV1
-ROLI Seaboard 2
-Itone Shamisen
-Meinl Artisan doumbek
-Danelectro electric sitar
-MM sitar
Chris has been writing music since 1998. Lots of those first songs were embarrassing because he rhymed things like "maybe" with "baby" and wrote about being in love with girls. *shudders*
Chris turned down a development deal at 18 because he didn't want to be in the CCM industry. He's agnostic, and not a judgy narrow-minded kook.
Although Chris officially retired from working in the industry in 2020, he continues to release music because it’s so financially lucrative for him.
